Grilled Prosciutto-wrapped Cantaloupe

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 16 slices prosciutto (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
  • freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat grill to high.
  • 2 cut cantaloupe into 16 slices. season with pepper and basil.
  • 3 wrap each with a slice of prosciutto.
  • 4 grill each of the 3 sides for 1-2 minutes.
