Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- salt, optional
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 firm, small-seeded european cucumbers work best in this dressing.
- 2 if your cucumbers have large seeds, remove them before dicing.
- 3 in a small bowl, stir ingredients together until evenly blended.
- 4 spoon over greens.
