Feta Pita Appetizer

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 whole pita breads (soft without pockets)
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

Recipe

  • 1 place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • 2 sprinkle with cheeses and italian seasoning.
  • 3 top with onion, tomato and black olives.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  • 5 cut into wedges and serve immediately.
