Frog Legs

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 frog's legs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 parsley sprigs, chopped
  • dried breadcrumbs (fine)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven at 375°f.
  • 2 remove skin from frog legs. wash and drain.
  • 3 add lemon juice, salt and pepper to frog legs.
  • 4 beat eggs in a separate bowl. add chopped parsley.
  • 5 soak frog legs in the eggs.
  • 6 roll frog legs in bread crumbs
  • 7 add enough oil to a large pan to allow for frying. fry frog legs in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
